Cutting Wedge Pizza offers the highest quality pizza products and menu items, all made from only the freshest ingredients. All pizzas are hand-made starting with our own signature whole wheat dough.

Our uniquely spiced homemade pizza sauce is then spread evenly over our dough and topped with fresh ingredients of your choice. It is then finished with our own cheese blends and baked to perfection in our state of the art conveyor gas ovens.

One of the most important attributes of Cutting Wedge Pizza is that we buy 100% of our products and supplies from B.C. companies.

This means that every dollar that is earned here in our Province is spent here again. We support our local economy and do our part to secure jobs here in British Columbia.

History

Our Restaurant was established in 2007 here in Port Alberni.

We are not your typical cookie cutter franchise nor do we want to be.
We want our restaurant to have a personality that reflects our community and the families that live here.

Supporting our community has been one of our top priorities - we achieve this by providing jobs for locals, assisting schools with their fund raising efforts and providing support to local charities.
